EGG TART

Bahan Pastri
125 gm butter
60 gm gula icing
1/2 biji putih telur
1 biji telur merah
220 gm tepung gandum
1/2 sudu teh esen vanila

Semua bahan di atas diadun hingga menjadi doh. Bentukkan doh dlm acuan, cucuk2 dengan garpu dan bakar selama 8-10 minit atau separuh masak pada suhu 175'C.

Bahan Kastard telur
280 gm susu segar
160 gm gula
3 biji telur
1 sudu teh esen vanila

Susu segar dan gula dimasak di atas api hingga semua gula larut. Tutupkan api. Dengan menggunakan whisker, masukkan telur dan esen vanila. Kacau perlahan-lahan sahaja. Kemudian tapiskan.

Masukkan adunan ini ke dalam tart yang separuh masak tadi dan bakar selama 15-20 minit pada suhu 175'C. Sejukkan sebelum dialihkan dari acuan.
